EXCHANGE POLICY
At Casello, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
NO REFUNDS - ONLY EXCHANGE
We do not offer refunds on any orders. We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
- You received the wrong phone case model
- Your product arrived damaged or defective
TIME WINDOW
You must report the issue within 2 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
1. Contact us at Support@casello.store within 2 days of delivery
2. Share your order number and clear photos/video of the wrong or damaged item
3. Our team will verify and approve the exchange
4. Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost
CONDITIONS
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Exchange is only valid for wrong model or damaged/defective items — not for change of mind, incorrect address provided by customer, or buyer's remorse
- We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery
Casello reserves the right to refuse an exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
