By placing an order on casello.store, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Shipping

We ship all across India. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days depending on location.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. We only accept exchanges for damaged, wrong design, or wrong model deliveries.

Payments

We accept all payment methods — UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets and COD. All transactions are 100% secure.

Detailed Policy

Exchange & Returns

Exchanges are only accepted in case of damaged product, wrong design delivered, or wrong phone model delivered. Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery with unboxing video or photos as proof. WhatsApp us at +91 84603 57258 with your Order ID and photos.

Custom Orders

We accept custom phone case orders. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed and in production. Please double-check all details before confirming your custom order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. For cancellations, WhatsApp us immediately with your Order ID.

Payment & Security

All payments on casello.store are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We do not store any card or payment information. COD is available across India.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
