At Casello, we do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
- You received the wrong phone case model
- Your product arrived damaged or defective
TIME WINDOW
You must report the issue within 2 days of receiving your order.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
1. Contact us within 2 days of delivery
2. Share your order number and clear photos/video of the wrong or damaged item
3. Our team will verify and approve the exchange
4. Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost
CONDITIONS
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Exchange only valid for wrong model or damaged items
- Not applicable for change of mind or incorrect address
