📜 Cancellation & Refund Policy – Casello

At Casello, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to have a smooth shopping experience with us. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

🛑 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support at support@casello.store with your order details.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Product – If the product delivered to you is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Wrong Product Received – If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse or regular wear & tear.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is approved and we receive the product, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.

🚚 Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized mobile covers cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
